The Path Made Clear by Oprah Winfrey

A few days ago I contacted a friend of mine who is an author and an avid reader. I texted her and said I needed a list of books which are so good I wouldn’t be able to put down. She was very helpful and put together a list of books and the first one that caught my attention is Oprah Winfrey’s The Path Made Clear. She suggested I buy it as an audio book and listen to Oprah herself reading it to me. I have listened to another book by Oprah called What I Know for Sure, which I highly recommend you get, and I loved the fact that Oprah reads the book to you as if you and her are having a conversation together. FYI: that would be a dream come true for me! Listening to The Path Made Clear instilled important lessons discussing one’s purpose that I wanted to share in a few quotes that stood out to me.

All dreams start from the core. Unless you are in total alignment with whatever you envision, the dream will get derailed. Your intention has to be pure.

Trust that the Universe has a bigger, wider, deeper dream for you than you could ever imagine for yourself.

من كم يوم تواصلت مع صديقتي الكاتبة، ما شاء الله عليها مثقفة وتحب القراءة. كلمتها وقلت لها ابيك تقترحين علي كتب أقرأها و من جمالها ما أقدر أسكر الكتاب قبل ما أخلصها… عرفتوا الشعور؟ عطتني مجموعة من الكتب واحدى الكتب كان كتاب اوبرا و اقترحت علي أني أسمعه بشكل صوتي فهذا الي سويته. كان مدة الكتاب حول الساعتين ونص و استمتعت فيه جدا و بغيت أشارككم بعض المقتطفات اللي أثرت فيني. حبيت أختار هذه المجموعة من الاقتباسات لأنكم رح تحسون الكلام مو جديد عليكم. الدروس الموجودة في الاقتباسات دروس تعلمناها منذ الصغر من القرآن الكريم والسنة الشريفة. كلنا عندنا إيمان بأن كل أقدارنا خير وربي علمنا أنه ما في شيء مستحيل و أي شيء نسعى له إذا فيه خير لنا بيصير و بيكون من نصيبنا – اذا مو أجمل من توقعاتنا. ربي معنا في كل خطوة نخطيها وإذا كانت نيتنا صافية بإذن الله الأرزاق تنهل علينا من كل مكان. تلك ثقتي بربي
